1. Use of the Service
RedHoop is a directory for sharing and discovering apps. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to submit spam, illegal content, or apps that violate others' intellectual property rights.
2. Your Account
You need a Google account to submit apps or upvote. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Usernames are unique and cannot be transferred.
3. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of the apps you submit. By submitting, you grant RedHoop a non-exclusive license to display your app name, description, icon, and URL on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any submission that violates our guidelines.
4. Upvotes and Profiles
Upvote counts are publicly visible. Profile pages show your username, display name, and submitted apps. You may enable or disable contact messages from other users at any time in your settings.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not submit apps that:
- Are fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain adult content or hate speech
- Violate any applicable laws
6. Limitation of Liability
RedHoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the apps listed in the directory. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any listed apps.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
